An excellent location with attentive front desk staff. They do a good job on the included breakfast, with lots of friendly staff and food options. Unfortunately, since it was a bit chilly, the outdoor rooftop patio was not open, although we were welcome to go outside and have a look. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room which only had one chair. Breakfast was excellent - choice of hot & cold. Good coffee too! It was too windy during our stay to enjoy the rooftop bar. I walked every morning to the Colosseum to take photographs before the crowds descended and was back in time for breakfast....

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom and walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room and the hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned daily and on arrival as a gift for my birthday they gave us a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate. The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 10 minute walk to the colosseum and the hotel is right by the metro stati...

Great location within walking distance of colosseum.
Monti area is great for cool shops, restaurants and bars.
Hotel is smallish but has nice roof terrace/cocktail bar.
Rooms OK - on the smallish side and v.hot (in March. Hope A/C is working in the summer!)...
