We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano! The customer service was top-notchattentive, kind, and truly thoughtful. They even surprised my son with a special birthday treat waiting in the room, which meant so much to us. Moments like that make all the difference.

I hadnt been to the NH Giustiniano in quite some time but today, when I returned, I was warmly welcomed like an old friend. I was given one of my favorite spacious rooms which is super comfortable and has a beautiful balcony. As always , the room is super clean, very well maintained has good amenities such as a kettle and espresso machine, slippers, bathrobe, etc.

Maria Concetta was such an amazing employee who was the NH difference for our family trip. She ensured we had a comfortable room that was suitable for a family. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. If youre coming to Rome this is your hotel! The location and staff are extremely nice!! The hotel sits close to the Vatican, Castelo San Angelo and Trastevere. The bar offers an amazing happy hour. Special shout out to the restaurant and bar staff, Mattia helped me every morning with my breakfast, customized omelets and coffee....
