Wonderful location. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. We stayed at three hotels in Italy and this one had the nicest staff by far. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room was very clean. Bathroom spacious. Very good shower. Bed was too firm for me and the pillows were rock hard as well. ...

This 5 star hotel is in a good location. It is clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed in our stay, however. Our room overlooked the courtyard where a band played loud music well into the night. We couldnt sleep. The manager had multiple complaints but couldnt help. Beware!...

Very nice hotel with a great location. For the most part, the staff is very friendly and at your disposal. The service in the breakfast restaurant was not the most attentive....

Just stayed here for 3 nights with my son. What a delightful place! It started with the great help of concierge Daniela in the weeks before our arrival, what a treasure she is! All restaurant recommendations were spot on and reserved seamlessly. The room upgrade, so that we both had some privacy and own bathroom, was also appreciated.
