Must confess that I was a little disappointed by this five stars hotel. Even if it is perfectly located this Palazzo lacks warmth, beauty and identity. Our Romantic suite was okay but once again there was something missing. Breakfast offered a wide range of pastries and cold food but for those who enjoy their hot eggs, beans, potatoes or omelettes in the morning the choice was very limited. Thanks to the beautiful...

A beautiful property located steps away from Piazza del Popolo and the main shopping street Corso Como. The hotel was completed 3 years ago and its nice and feels new. Rooms are adequately sized with air conditioning and the bathrooms were well appointed with nice toiletries. 1. Room can be designed way better. There is simply not enough space in the way things are currently set up.
2. Service can improve a lot. People are friendly but service mostly does not live up. We asked for a steamer and dental kit, which did not arrive for over 30 mins.
3. We were mistakenly charged 20 for two bottles of water that we never asked for.

The Hotel is very nice as are the staff. But one bad experience can change everything. My wife's book she travels with to read at night before bed disappeared from our room. We searched everywhere in the room under the bed, behind cabinets and night stands, etc. it was not in the room. We reported it to the staff who claimed they found the book in our room after we had left the Hotel.

Elegant and refined boutique hotel in the heart of central Rome. The service quality was superb and the concierge particularly helpful. The restaurant and rooftop lounge are gorgeous and tasty. The room was amazing, with lovely furniture and lovely bathrooms....
