Don't Believe the Hotel's Fake Pics!

When we got there it was a nightmare. Their Annex is just two studio apts they have in a run-down residential building across the street with NO security or staff. We left even though they refused to refund us our 3 remaining nights ($500+). Very deceptive and dishonest property....

2 star hotel advertised as 3 star hotel

Stayed here in May with family in Quadruple, booked via LoveHoliday, primarily using it as a base for exploring Rome over four nights.
The most significant positive is undoubtedly the location. It's exceptionally close to Roma Termini, offering close access to metro, overland trains (including to Fiumicino airport), and a wealth of nearby supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. This strategic position was crucial for ...

Hostile staff guy at the reception. Basically made us fell like we were doing him a favour. Booked one night only and after the check in I wanted already leave. I travel all over the world and I've never experienced nothing like that.
The room was dated (more dated than the pics on their website). Narrow toilet

Standard Hotel with basic amenities Ideally situated for all of Rome and its historic sites All walkable and no more than 30 mins. Sadly the breakfast is extremely basic with no choice of food available if you are Type 2 Diabetic. Everything is covered in or full of sugar. No fruit available, no non sugary Cereal or yoghurt etc. Room was clean and tidy but there is no minibar as stated, just a fridge with two small b...

Basic but Clean Three Star Hotel

As previous review have stated, this is a basic 3 Star rating hotel. No tea or coffee facilities, only one working plug in the room (hanging off wall) and in need of some TLC. However, clean, towel every other day and working, powerful shower with soap and shower caps.
Breakfast was basic, same every day but plenty of it. Very small room so if in groups you will have to sit at different tables.
