Not a 4 or 5 Star hotel at all.

Currently staying at the hotel here for another two nights. Completely disappointed by the stay in the room we are in. We are in a triple and the third person is actually sleeping on a couch, not a pullout couch, but rather, well I think some people call it a faintingcouch. Since weve been here, the sink has clogged, the lights have flickered, the shower didnt work, the internet does not work in our room (only ...

The hotel is in a great location close by to many of the attractions.
The rooms are ok. Our bath had a poor repair done on it so we dare not have a bath.
We found underwear in the draws of the wardrobe which definitely wasn't ours!
We found Breakfast was poor. The bacon, scrambled egg and potato was stone cold. I ordered a fried egg on one day which actually cost me 6 Euros!!!!

A central location within walking distance of many attractions, otherwise near bus stops and Metro stations to go further afield. We had two rooms between three of us and they were well-appointed, very clean and 'refreshed' daily with towels etc. We found it surprisingly quiet for a city hotel but we did stay Sunday to Thursday if that makes a difference. We stayed for 4 nights, there are some good points but unfortunately we did have some issues. Firstly the good, all the staff were fantastic although special mention to Alberto who without his communication I very much doubt we would have stayed here. We had the pleasure of staying at Rome Life Hotel, and we highly recommend it.
Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels replaced every day. The entire hotel was maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness, which made our stay very comfortable.
