Although the hotel looked great online when we got there reception were lovely but the room we got must of been one of the worst rooms in the hotel marks in the carpet water leaking from the shower
Bin was broken no complimentary water
On our exit the gentleman who took the final payment for our bill never even said goodbye very rude I do not recommend this hotel and 50 euro for taxes and 4 cokes !!...

Just arrived home from this hotel, staying for 4 nights. Was sorely disappointed for the money we payed to stay. On arrival we were told that we needed to pay a city tax of 7.5 euros per person per night and that it had to be payed in cash. There was no mention on the website when booking. We arrived early and couldn't check in till later but was offered a safe store to put our cases. When we came back later we were ...

The room was cleaned daily, however very wasteful, every day they threw away my only just opened soap.
They need to re think the furniture, 6 coat hangers in my wardrobe with no drawers. We stayed for over a week and find it really frustrating trying to find my clothes, (they had to be placed on the floor of the wardrobe) didnt help that the room was so dark and had to use my phone light to try and see inside the w...

The staff and location was excellent, quiet among the embassies. A particular thanks goes out to Iliara but everyone was so accommodating. Our room numbers were 401 and 416. 401 was two levels and had a wonderful round bed, however because of back issues I requested a move and they put us in another lovely room with a single level. we were traveling with our grandson and the room had a separation, so it worked out pe...

Very professional front desk/reception.
Very helpful and friendly mindset and in addition, very fluent in foreign languages.
Things with small improvements could be the breakfast, cutlery was often out of stock, including tablespoons. Some food items were not replenished....
