Great location and decent room size. Most of the staff were kind and helpful special thanks to Giuliano and Marat, who were extremely welcoming, cooperative and professional. The bathroom design (no door) may cause minor discomfort when sharing a room. Also, my experience with one female receptionist was not helpful or cooperative. Overall, a good hotel, the stay was pleasant and the hotel has strong potential....

Beautiful Hotel with very friendly/helpful staff

I stayed here for my 40th birthday trip and it didn't disappoint.
The rooms are very modern and stylish with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor!
The staff made me feel very welcome from the start and surprised me with a lovely dessert and free glass of prosecco for my birthday! Every member of staff was very welcoming and helpful, they really can't do enough for you!

We are a family of 4 (13, 10 yo kids) who traveled with another family of 4 and grandparents and stayed at this hotel. We found the location to be wonderful for walking to the local sights including the coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance (or less) to many delicious local restaurants, gelato, and clothing stores.
