The room we had was very poor and tired.
The room was small just enough room to walk around the double bed.
The safe and air conditioning was broken.
The bathroom was not particularly clean, absolutely no room for the toilet much to close to the sink without hurting your knees, and I could only just turn around in the shower.
Some of the staff seemed just disinterested.

Did not get the room I booked for, which was the deluxe room. As I did upgrade my booking and paid more obviously. Just got the basic run down room. Breakfast was basic and one of the coffee machines did not work properly, hot water everywhere. The only good thing were the stuff, very friendly... Won't go back for sure....

Not a 4 star

Meant to be a 4 star but very basic 2 star hotel, small room (i booked a superior double), no kettle or little amenities in room, as they want you to buy from the little bar down at reception. Staff could be rude at times like we were an inconvenience. Location is great but unfortunately that was it....

The Plus : LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! So close to Trevi foundation & the Spanish steps. Only one plus.
The Cons :
- Nothing like the pictures!!! Please dont be fooled. Its not the trevi fountain hotel. The pictures make it look wonderful. The hotel needs a lot of work. Realistically a 3 star at the very most.

Pros:
-Perfect location! So many monuments, churches, landmarks, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. The Spanish steps are one block away.
-The Room: Comfortable size. Clean bathroom with a bidet and a rain shower head. Loved the towel warmer, which also functioned as my clothes dryer.
-Daily Housekeeping was wonderful!! They did a great job in cleaning up the room.
