Terrible experience involvng one nightshift reception worker who was working with a taxi driver to rip us.

The biggest issue and concern we had was when leaving the hotel to go to the airport at 2am in the morning, reception had advised that reception staff could call us a taxi. We arrived at reception early hrs of the morning and spoke to a male member of staff. He stated he would phone a taxi but as it is during the night we would have to pay £120 euros. We had paid 40 euros from airport to hotel via Iber on our arrival...

Outstanding service and really lovely staff happy to go above and beyond. We celebrated my daughters birthday and the hotel offered an excellent value for money package and made her feel extra special its been a generally lovely stay and I would definitely return to stay here. The location of the hotel is also again excellent everything is within walking distance I would highly recommend....

Really Friendly staff especially Aira, she made our experience in Rome amazing with all the recommendations to visit/eat (the food was especially amazing recommendations). The hotel is in a Great location, we couldnt have found a better location with everything you need a short walk away. As a hotel manager myself I am appalled at the customer service in this hotel. Upon arrival we were told to wait in the lobby and they would call us when they were ready to check us in. A guy came and told me to go to reception to check in and when I got there the answer was we will call you when we are ready ? I was just told by a staff member to come to reception? Completely unorganized reception and untrained staf...

Stayed at this hotel in February, 2 adults and a 12 year old. We had a double bed and single in the room. The bathroom was very spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels and toiletries. No air conditioning. Room got very warm during the night. If the window was open the noise was too loud.
