The location is by far the best feature of this hotel is was so easy to get to and very central to everything we wanted to see
The staff are fabulous and couldnt do enough to help you
A let down for us was the room, unfortunately the one we had wasnt great, the wardrobe door that housed the safe had loose hinges at the bottom so we had to stop using it as it felt like the door was going to fall off, on one side ...

Nothing luxuary about this hotel other than the location. Really run down, breakfast is terrible, unclean and poor service. We was really looking forward to staying at the hotel from thier online pictures, dont be fooled they must have been from atleast 20 years ago....

The staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel room was nice and clean.
The location is perfect.
The buffer breakfast was nice. There was a choice of pastries, scrambled eggs, buns etc.
I will be going back, and am already looking for next year...

This was our second stay at Trevi Palace Luxury Inn we have already booked for next year.The hotel is clean,rooms spacious.Fresh towels every day rooms were lovely and warm beds were comfy.The location could not be better easy walk to all the main attractions.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Buffet Breakfast with ham cheese breads etc also bacon sausage eggs fresh fruit and cakes.Would recommend visiting hotel....

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome, a few strides away from the Trevi Fountain. Rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. All the tourist sites are approximately 30 minutes walk which makes it an ideal location with shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep....
