They really need to drop the word luxury from the name of this hotel. 4 star it is not. Air con stopped working on the second night. Hot water was hit or miss, had a cold shower one morning. The place needs gutting. The shower cubicle I had was shocking, full of black mold. Pillows are rock hard. Breakfast awful.
That's the bad bits.
Now the good. Perfect location. Reception people are brilliant....

Fabulous staff nothing to much trouble excellent location next time we are in Rome definitely book in again had a wonderful time big thank you to the all the staff the location makes it very easy to get to all the sites and the restaurants room very quiet at night...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and more than incredibly convenient, near anything was walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for that it includes breakfast as well as an amazing time. - The Lands...

We have just returned from a three-day stay at this hotel. It was a very good stay. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Its true that rooms need some repair and renovations as they looks really tired but it didn't bother us as the hotel is in a perfect location. Very close to the most important attractions in Rome.All staff nice and helpful and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast ok, with a choice of scramble...

Perfect location .. highly recommend.
Breakfast could be better .
As the room could.do with a bit of tidying up.
But the staff are lovely nothing too much trouble .
