Hotel room was really run down and felt dirty.
Our room felt dirty and needed a lick of paint, the door also wasnt great so did not feel safe at times.
The location is perfect but sadly the hotel needs a major refurb!
Breakfast was mediocre at best!
Also being on a main strip we had a room which faced the strip and was so loud at nights until at least 1am so we did not sleep great, the bed was also so uncomfortabl...

The rooms were large and it had a hot tub which we wouldn't use. Also the floor vibrates from the hot tub running
The rooms were not clean and needed a lot of work. There must have been a leak and the walls needed lots of work.
It wasn't clean and the drapes were falling down
The coffee maker was disgusting and filthy
The beds are hard and the pillows are horrible
The staff is amazing, very helpful and wonderful...

Very lovely hotel, literally steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Room was clean and cozy and housekeeping was done every day. I recommend going to breakfast as early as possible. I went around 9:30 one day and the eggs were a bit cold, no fresh fruit left, etc. They ordered a taxi for us and I appreciate their communication with us while it was delayed....

Do not book this hotel. Booked a different hotel for honeymoon for my daughter and JET2 changed our original hotel less than 48 to departure to Trevi Palace Luxury Hotel. We was told it was the same standard as the hotel we had booked even though it was half a star less. We had booked for 3 nights and on arrival was told we would have to change room on our 3rd night (last night) as hotel overbooked??? Spent 2 night...

Nice room, and very central. But slightly dated bathroom as water from shower took a long time to become a warm.
I chose breakfast option as it was meant to be a full buffet, however this was more like a continental breakfast with some eggs and bacon....
