Infringement of privacy and lack of professionalism

The experience at this place was deeply disturbing.
During a couples massage, after being asked to undress and remain in underwear only, I discovered at the end of the treatment that there was a camera positioned above the treatment area. At no point beforehand was I informed of this, there was no signage, and no consent was requested.
Beyond the clear violation of privacy in such an intimate situation, the staffs...

The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff are very good and friendly and want to help to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the effective air conditioning and friendly housekeeping and comfortable beds but we wouldnt stay again. It might have been the room we chose but the lack of furniture was bordering on ridiculous. As well as the wardrobe and bed we had a sofa and two small bedside ta...

Choosing a hotel in Rome was really difficult. I saw this one and read the good reviews and decided to book it. Its. Its a shame you cant give 4.5 as I feel 4 is too low and 5 too high. We had a nice stay but the main reason for only giving 4 stars is the breakfast. I would expect Italian cornetti being in Italy but there were none and the bacon was cold. This hotel was recommended by family. We arrived at the hotel around 10am local. Our room was not ready but we were able to drop our bags. They also provided a large bathroom area to freshen up. The hotel is located in a prime area for walking to shops, restaurants and historic sites. (Highly recommend eating at Thats Amore and Trattoria Tritone).
