Fantastic experience! In the heart of the tourist district. The entire Team was wonderful. Rooms and amenities were great! Highly recommend. I am an American traveling with adult family....

Solid and luxurious choice in Roma Centro

Hotel is walking distance to via del corso, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, rinascente mall and small and tasty restaurants. Breakfast and service were great. We were received with champagne bottle and a nice note wishing us a great stay. Architecture is modern, tasteful and installations are very comfortable. There is a rooftop bar with city views. Not worth it

Room not maintained, not acceptable from 4 or 5 stars hotel.
Limited breakfast, classic omelette, pancakes etc. are in supplement...
Friendly staff but not trained to luxury standards.
No management support when I contacted them for escalation, total denial of the situation.
The location is good but globally you won't get your money's worth, in addition in absence of consideration....

Love this hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was large enough for 3 of us. It was very clean and we could barely hear the street noise. Beds were super comfy and we slept well. The rooftop bar is super cool. Location is ideal - near the sights, the metro, and lots of really great restaurants. Only complaint is the breakfast. It was pretty to look at but not good quality....

Welcoming & fantastically located hotel

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Nothing seemed to be too much and finding out the trip was for my 50th we were issued a free bar in the room. The room was clean and spacious and had the most amazingly comfortable mattress we have ever slept on!
