Nice boutique hotel with attentive staff. Decoration is very much based on black and brown colors. So either you like it or not but it is well done with noble materials and modern result. It was weird that there were no electric plugs for phone chargers by the bed nor conditioner in the bathroom. We also were awakened by the garbage truck at 6am. I know the hotel can't do much about that but you may want to pick a ro...

We had an amazing stay. The service was excellent, and Nicole from the concierge team was especially kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and many other attractions.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Our stay was truly unforgettable!...

This is a 5 star hotel and is anything but that. They have some cheap smelling perfume scent that goes throughout the hotel. It set my allergies off and I was going to move to another hotel but they assured me they had another room with the vents off. It wasn't much better and ruined the last leg of our trip. The staff is incredibly rude and we left 2 days early they didn't credit our account nor were helpful in ...
