The front desk reception was not friendly. We waited an hour at check-in and our room was not ready. They would not offer us complimentary drinks upon arrival when we discovered we still had to wait. Only after waiting almost an hour and our room was still not ready did they offer us complimentary drinks bc they wanted us to wait even longer. Perfect spot for last night in Italy

We stayed here for one night at the end of our Italy trip to be close to the train station for the trip to the airport the next am. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable (althoug sheets a little scratchy for me but I'm fussy). Perfect location for the train station, literally 5 mins walk max and on paved sidewalks not cobblestones. We walked from the hotel to dinner in Monti and to see he Colesseu...

We have just returned from a 3 night / 4 day stay in Rome and found this hotel to be fantastic. Its a beautiful hotel and we decided to pay a little more to get a balcony and we were not disappointed. The hotel is lovely, staff are super friendly and everything is walkable from the hotel.
