This hotel is a real gem! A block from Termini this modern hotel provided exceptional and friendly service. The staff are really helpful and not pretentious. The in-house restaurant serves up stunning cuisine and wine too. The breakfast was great, with gluten free options. Wished we had found this place earlier. We will be back!...

Great Hotel

I was amazed how quiet our room was and we faced the street. The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here...a short walk to the Roma Termini, close proximity to the Trevi Fountain and short accessible taxi drives all over....

UnaHotel Deco Roma

We stayed at the UnaHotel Deco Roma for three night's, two nights as part of our tour group. The hotel is magnificently decorated and clean. We got excellent service. We understood that the neighborhood being near the train station is not the most desirable. For the one free night we had, we ate early close by to the hotel. We would consider staying there again when in Rome....

#day 1 of 3 in Rome ...Very helpful staff . Staff did helped every possible way to get us room early and upgraded.very decebt hotel located in the heart of the rome.Front desk staff namely manuel was very kind greeted with smile and helpful......

Dont stay or eat here

Worst experience ever. This was the last night of our honeymoon and the Hotel restaurant staff were the rudest people I have ever met. The bar manager and the bartender treated us like were were bothering them for a table & a drink. We decided not to use the 2 free drinks and enjoy our time elsewhere. We recommend you do the same....
