We were staying for a night before travelling to Civitavecchia to board a cruise. I had done some research and chose the hotel as it is a stones throw from the Termini train station for our morning departure the following day.
The hotel was fantastic, the staff, the location, comfortable beds, great bathroom and impressive breakfast - one of the best Ive had in many stays in Rome.

Clean hotel and close to train and colosseum. Close to the hop on hop off bus too. Very comfy beds. The staff were lovely. The only downside was that there were no tea/coffee in the room and I had to ask each time I needed it....

First hotel we stayed at in Italy, and it was very beautiful. Great room, good water pressure. The bartender made great drinks. The lil downside is bathtub didn't drain fast, and the hotel dinner was not good....

Comfortable single room with a well stocked minibar. Id just come off 25 hours of travel so appreciated the quiet and comfort. Downstairs breakfast buffet had a great selection....

Extremely noisey with health concerns

For completeness I would like to split my review in the four components:
1- Front desk / reception was brilliant .
2- Breakfast was acceptable but severely compromised by the lack of personal hygiene by the tall ( approx 6.4) waiter. He seems to have little to no knowledge about personal hygiene etiquette after going to the toilet.( refer Seinfeld episode with Poppy and Audrey at the restaurant for an insight). He t...
