Nice small hotel ( 12 rooms), very well located at walking distance from Ottaviani tube station and Vatican. Very cheap compared to others. Not luxury or 4 stars for me as it is said.
Ask not to be allocated with a room downstairs as rooms have no windows ( which is written nowhere...) & very noisy you are on the side of the street !
Breakfast is ok but not as on pictures & certainly not with home made products ..yo...

We came for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay, staff were all so helpful, give you a run down of the area / top tips and also give you a map which was really useful, the beds were incredibly comfy, rooms spotless and breakfast was gorgeous. Highly recommend!!...

We stayed at "THIS 4-STAR HOTEL", 2-night in one of the rooms, where I was totally surprised by the low quality of the room, dirty walls with scratches, dust everywhere, all kinds of broken objects in the room , especially in the bathroom.
I went down to the reception and wanted to discuss this problem where I came across an arrogant and uncooperative gentleman, that I would like to change the room or how we can rem...

The Hotel is amazing and Fulvia at the front desk is AWESOME!!!! Will stay again!!!! The breakfast was beautiful and generous with amazing food and lovely people who serve you. The front desk will call a taxi for you and give you a map with all the places you want to see and their personal references on what is best. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was superb- super friendly and helpful and the room was quiet, clean, and modern. Very close to the Vatican and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Vespaisiano during our next visit to Rome!...
