We came for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay, staff were all so helpful, give you a run down of the area / top tips and also give you a map which was really useful, the beds were incredibly comfy, rooms spotless and breakfast was gorgeous. Highly recommend!!...

We stayed at "THIS 4-STAR HOTEL", 2-night in one of the rooms, where I was totally surprised by the low quality of the room, dirty walls with scratches, dust everywhere, all kinds of broken objects in the room , especially in the bathroom.

The Hotel is amazing and Fulvia at the front desk is AWESOME!!!! Will stay again!!!! The breakfast was beautiful and generous with amazing food and lovely people who serve you. The front desk will call a taxi for you and give you a map with all the places you want to see and their personal references on what is best. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was superb- super friendly and helpful and the room was quiet, clean, and modern. Very close to the Vatican and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Vespaisiano during our next visit to Rome!...

Super unhelpful employees. There is no elevator and the employees who check you in sit and watch you struggle getting luggage up and down stairs. Not only not helping but grinning as though its their laugh of the day! If there are no stairs, then help! Also ants in the room and toilet flusher broke on first flush and wasnt repaired....
