The Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel puts you in easy reach of Sa Coma’s sands, shops and restaurants.
It’s all about location at the Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel. Sa Coma’s sandy beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk away, and it’s about the same to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town.
Bedrooms here are nice and modern, with white walls, blue soft furnishings and light-wood furniture. They’re nice and big, too. Outside, meanwhile, you’ve got a pool and plenty of sunbathing space.

Still pretty good - our third visit
Spacious room on the 7th floor with a great bathroom and rain shower. Cleaners did a great job, cleaning the room everyday before lunch which we like. Less then 5 minutes walk to the long beach in Sa Coma. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety of food although it has been better in previous years. I wouldn't bother with the Italian restaurant (pool and snack bar during the day). The waiter there just wasn't interested. We enjoyed most of the entertainment which was mainly tribute acts or bands doing cover versions. Sun appears around the pool about 11.30am Will return as great location.More
Not a premier 4 star as described by first choice would give it a good 3 star. No welcome drinks on arrival, good size room with 2 singles pushed together, linen is clean but the top covers smell and so does the bed settee, do provide kettle, tea, coffee and milk in room and good fridge. Entertainment reasonable. Meals not so good poor quality meats lots of pasta and salads, bacon poor but sausages nice eggs are all pre cooked no freshly cooked omellets, eggs no table service except to clear plates, limited to 3 coctails and lots of other drinks are limited wine and beer in tap. Even sun is limited to to the way the hotel has been built so sun lovers out early with their towels bagging sun beds Would not returnMore
Good quality 4 star hotel
Stayed here for a week all inclusive. Rooms were good. Food was above average for all inclusive the best desserts we have seen and they tried different themes at night. Breakfast was also good with proper sausages. People saying the food was not good cannot be used to allinclusive European hotels - there were people who had come off a cruise ship and saying it was better than the ships , everyone we spoke to thought the food was good. Staff were professional and good location near beach. Only negatives were the pool was freezing as others have said we didn't get in AT ALL while we were there nor did many others and a lot of people were complaining about this. The beds were also extremely hard. These are two easy fixes for the management which could rectify complaints. Also the pool is in the shade till about 11am and gone from most beds by about 4 although there is nothing the hotel can do about this and musical beds was ok out of season but I think this would be a problem in peak season ( however the sun may be higher then ). Overall we had a nice relaxing stay and if the pool temp and beds were sorted would return out of season. Also a big well done to the lifeguard who we were all joking had an easy job as nobody was in the pool but when a man was seriously choking by the pool he gave him first aid and saved the day. 👍🏻More
We had a fantastic two week stay at this hotel. To be honest I cannot complain about anything. Everything was first class, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and glorious with lots of choice. The hotel was clean and spotless. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.More
This was our third visit to this hotel, but sadly it will probably be our last. The food was good, the maid service very good, in fact the staff are all very friendly. Unfortunately I had emailed the hotel as we had paid extra for a double room and wanted a double bed, they said they would try their best to allocate a double bed. On arrival we went to our room to find we had twin beds made up separately and just pushed together, not good. Although we did not complain as it wasn't that big a deal we made the best of it, but it has put us off booking again. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, some good acts, Sonor, Black hearts, Dance anthems, George Pena, George was a very funny guy. We didn't use the pool or sun beds so can't comment on those.More
