Clean and tidy , food quality at breakfast was ok ... queues at breakfast were extremely long but moved quickly ... better eating out for breakfast....

The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was great at check-in. Breakfast was huge and had anything you could want. It got busy but the line to be seated went fast. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to a 7-11 store and the Big Bus Tour company. There is a BART bus stop just out front. Easy walking to Pier 39 and cable car....

Check in was efficient, room was good overlooking the pool and cleaned daily, no complaints, breakfast was great, so much choice, was ideal to get you through the day to a late lunch. Even caught people filling their rucksacks with food and metal utensils ️ why do people feel the need to take advantage. Used the bar, good selection of drinks, reasonable priced. The hotel is very nice, clean and a great location to Fisherman's Wharf. However the tack on facilities fee is extremely frustrating, especially when my wife and I only slept at the hotel and didn't use any of the facilities they charge you for. Basically this is an upcharge profit kiss for the hotel that is not disclosed in the online pricing. It's not right and should be illegal. ...

Our second stay this time to attend a Giants game. Appreciated the on-site parking at a good price.The room was nice, Not much of a view in this particular room though. Staff were very courteous and the breakfast was very good. Would stay again....
