This hotel is in a great location, are room had a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the cleaners were very attentive.
The pool area is nice and peaceful, the breakfast is amazing there is so much choice and again the staff in that area are wonderful.
They bell boy is super nice and helpful also, you can leave youre bags for free if you have a later flight.

A warm welcome on arrival. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of local area. The hotel is a little like a maze but rooms are well signposted. There was a little problem with noise from the floor above, but there were a lot of youth groups staying at the same time and I don't think they realized quite how loud their footsteps were when running around upstairs. I'm sure it would have been dealt with had it ...

Location is perfect! Close to tourist attractions, restaurant and shops are waking distance.
The only negative side for me is the $60 parking fee per night and the extra $35 charged per night for amenities like gym, pool, use of computer and printing, and bottle water.
The room is nice but you can hear every footstep from the room above you. Overall is a great hotel due to nice location but I can only rate it as aver...

The only negative was that we were leaving the hotel early before breakfast one morning due to a trip and we were refused a packed breakfast....
