Stayed here for 3 nights.
Location was great for fishermans wharf area. The Alcatraz pier 33 for the boat over there was walkable from the hotel too.
Some homeless aroind the hotel area but to be expected in the city.
Breakfast was included - it gets really busy in there from the moment it opens people were queuing. Selection was ok but wasnt my standard but cant complain for free.

We were first time travellers to the USA so were unsure what to expect when we arrived and Unfortunately We only stayed for two nights. The hotel is immaculate the room was modern and spacious. Check in was a very patient experience but quick once Id found the right cards to pay with.. breakfast for first time visitors to America was everything wed imagined it would be. Great reception team, good breakfast service. Comfortable rooms.
Location is great for the happening Wharf and Piers + super close to the Big Bus tours which we used for the hop on hop off tours around the city.
I was even good to Uber to the other side of Golden Gate and run back.
I would say the halls were a bit tired with the carpet being loose and thinning ...

The Hotel is huge and in a perfect location, the Bay is practically on the door step. Nice clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast buffet was really nice to. Another nice touch also, we had a late flight on the day we checked out so the Hotel stored our luggage all day and arranged transport to the airport at a cheaper rate than an Uber, that allowed us time to visit Alcatraz on our last mornin...
