Royalton St. Lucia...Simple Amazing destination!!!!!
The ambiance and tranquility is amazing. The staff are very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Stayed at the resort October 7 -14, 2017 for my birthday celebration. From the moment my family and I arrived up until our departure was spectacular. Having a Vegan daughter she was never short of vegan options. A la carte chefs made some fantastic meals to facilitate her diet. We got the opportunity to make acquaintance with the General Manager Mr. Esteban, he is exceptional, very down to earth, a people person and most of all he ensures the guests needs are met to make their stay memorable. The nightly entertainment was amazing. Looking towards your next vacation destination, Royalton St. Lucia is the choice to make.More

Royalton St Lucia!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, where do I start. My wife and I flew from Gatwick on September 21st. Had lounge passes which is advisable, cost 32 pound for both of us which we would easily have spent on breakfast and coffee in departures. Arrived tea time on the 21st in St Lucia, airport was small and a bit manic but the organization to get the transfers was pretty good. The transfer to the Royalton was a bit tough, 90 mins in a convoy of mini busses after a 8 hour flight along winding roads made us feel a bit sickly. When we arrived at the Royalton, we went through reception very quickly and were shown to our room. WOW!!! The long journey was immediately forgot about and we could not believe how luxurious the rooms are. We had a swim up and used it most days. We were at the hotel for 2 weeks and wish it had been for 2 year's. The food is exceptional, The hotel itself is amazing, The bars serve all top shelf brands and every single member of staff bend over backwards to make sure you have a perfect holiday. I cannot single any member of staff out because everyone is so friendly, always smiling and laughing with you. The staff all speak to you whenever you walk past them and are so sincere. While we were there we did hear a few people moaning about trivial things and that is so annoying because there is nothing to moan about all. All i can guess is that they want free stuff or trying to get upgraded, pathetic!!!!! It is doubtful you will ever stay in such a beautiful, luxurious hotel in your lifetime. The staff at Nexus on the beach, where you can do all sorts of water sports are really helpful, they teach you how to do everything. It is all free and such good fun. We did kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and we also learned how to sail the hobby cats, if you have never sailed before you have to pay for a lesson but if your competent you can take the hobby cats out on your own for free. We went on 4 different trips while we were there, all booked with the staff at Nexus on the beach, there are quite a few beach sellers selling trips, all are legitimate and all sell the same, none are cheaper than the other so book with whoever you want to. Just to summarize that this is a holiday of a lifetime, and want to thank all the staff at the Royalton who made it so amazing for us, it's the staff who made it the holiday of a lifetime, from the general manager to the Gardener's and maintenance. THANK YOU. Will be there next year.More
The Royal Spa at the Royalton is what makes this resort 5 star
I spent 5 nights at the Royalton St. Lucian from 24-29 in September. I am a frequent traveller and I must say this has probably been my best vacation. This goes without saying that there are a few issues that the hotel management needs to work on, especially in the areas of hospitality management for its staff. Notwithstanding, the majority of the staff I encountered made up for the not so "trained" ones and made my stay an unforgettable one. My spa experience was just simply amazing!!!!!. I must say I was blown away by the Spa, very tastefully designed and furnished to a high standard. I had two excellent treatments by Sansha Joseph, who was the most professional and friendliest soul one can ever meet. She really made the experience extra special. Thank you, Sansha!!!!. Royalton it's employees like her that truly makes your brand 5 star quality.More
YOU HAVE TO VISIT THIS PROPERTY !! AIR CANADA VACATIONS HAS A DRIVER NAMED MATHIAS !
I booked a Air Canada Vacation package for myself and my wife. I have we been to 5 different resorts in the Caribbean. This is the place and this hotel. We never saw a unhappy face. People in general are extremely polite and attentive. Food is fantastic and hotel/rooms are clean and well kept. However, it was our AIR CANADA driver ( MATHIAS) who made this trip a 10/10. This Air Canada driver who took us from the Airport to the hotel as well as on 3 different excursions. He in particular is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, informative, polite and caring as to our needs. WOW! As foreigners to his country, we never felt out of place...in fact we felt comfortable , safe at all times...we felt at home. He is actually ONE of the main the reasons we are going back!! Good job Air Canada ..you know how to hire the right staff!! MARK ANTHONY Area Manager AM LEGAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL CORPORATIONMore
