    A sandy beach and wildlife area are just 2 of the reasons this secluded hotel is so highly rated.

    Little pastel-coloured buildings spill across manicured lawns here. Two minutes’ walk gets you to the beach. Ten minutes and you’re at Lake Antinioti, a great place to spot wildlife.

    The hotel is nice and tucked away but there’s plenty going on in the way of activities and entertainment. There’s also a big pool with first-rate sea views – the restaurant here is great for taking in the sunset.

    Myself and my friend needed a break that was the correct mix of relaxation and shopping and this hotel hit the spot! The room was clean although not the most modern but was fine for us. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially the lady at reception she went above and beyond to help everyone who needed anything. The two pools were clean and the adult only one was just what we needed, nice and relaxing. We went to the beach and found a lovely little spot by the rocks which only one or two people were at, the sea was lovely so much warmer than the pool but it is October ha! The hotel offered a shuttle bus to places for the day and we went to Corfu, it was €15 which wasn’t bad at all. We had a good day shopping and found a lovely place to have a drink, everyone so welcoming but not too pushy, would definitely recommend a visit to the old town it’s beautiful! The food was good, I’m a fussy eater but was always plenty for me to eat, yes like other reviews say it is a little repetitive but it’s an all inclusive. There were a few different things to choose at every meal time. The drinks were okay, plenty on the all inclusive list but also an option to buy selected brands if that’s what you wanted. Definitely book the Al a carte restaurant, the food was superb! Over all a brilliant 4 days would definitely be back!

    mosquito mosquito mosquito absolutely everywhere, never a 4 star all looked good when we arrived which was very late so we went straight to bed, breakfast was ok but being English the bacon is more like warm ham and the beans tasteless, for breakfast i lived mainly on cornflakes and toast, lunch was at best a 5/10 and the evening meals were ok for the first 2 days then went down hill rapidly, Rabbit on the bone looked like it had been run over, fish with bones......what's that all about? i assume it was lost in translation but i wouldn't bet on it. normally only 1 staff member on reception so a wait was the norm. the pool water in both the relax pool (adult only) and the main pool was just above freezing, in 25 years of travelling the world i have never known such cold water, people only got in once and then never again, even the kids didn't barley use the main pool.there was only small gaps in the day when food wasn't available so that was ok. we had a leak in our bathroom which soaked the floor for 2 days, we thought it was the drains but it was a tap which was fixed, we also needed a new air con remote which was quickly changed.there is a tennis court and six a side football pitch but due to covid if you didn't have your own equipment you couldn't use them. to walk to kassopi which is the nearest town takes about 1 hour 50 mins along a dodgy road that for the most part you are dodging traffic. my wife normally gets a few mosquito bites when we go away but this place was something else, she was literally covered in them, even 5 days after getting home she resembled a brail book. the main reception was swarming with them, it sounds a bit dramatic but i kid you not it was ridiculous and the one main reason we will never go back, there are 2 beeches near by, one awful and the other really nice. the room was fine and did what it should do, if you want to hire a car take a walk down to the beech and for €25 a day you get a decent car with no insurance excess, the hotel is much dearer. smelly drains, wasps everywhere and the same food everyday plus the darned mosquitos. don't say you were not warned

    This was by far the worst holiday ever taken. As with many other people. we had booked for Turkey and ended up here. The hotel is a 55 minute transfer from the airport and is really in the back of beyond. There is a good bar outside the hotel called Pyramid with great staff and a strong wifi connection. There is a taverna to the left of the hotel and that is your lot. An on site mini market (expensive) and one just outside the hotel (not well stocked). Big tip: Take all. your mosquito sprays and plug ins before you go. Spend your last penny on Amazon! forget the sunspray. Lather yourself from head to toe in mosquito spray. The hotel have NO WANT to try and sort this programme. They do not spray the areas. I have no idea about accommodation - all awful. Named after James Bond characters. Even a block called Pussy Galore. We checked in on a busy Friday night - only 1 person on reception. I have never seen staff so unhappy with life - they radiate unhappiness. The guests here - what you get with an all inclusive I'm afraid. Why people think that they can come to the pool area with their own music is beyond me. The food was ok - a good enough selection. The drinks were as. you would expect - cheap and horrid. There is a cost to use the hotel shuttle bus (never had a payment before) and we went to a neighbouring village. There is a cost for the wifi - free in reception if you are lucky. There is a cost for using the safe for a week. The spa was shockingly overpriced. There is nowhere to walk to and nothing to see. There is no security on the back gate (or even the front that I could see). Anybody could walk in, not that they would want to. The TUI rep was useless saying in her one visit that she was not there to sort out problems. TUI charged us upfront for extra legroom, which we did not get. And we paid extra for a premium room with sea view (that I did not get). Of course they will not refund what they owe. All in all. This has put me off package tours for life. This hotel is a 3 star at best but it is truly truly awful.

    We only booked this hotel due to the fact it was not on the quarantine list! Me and my mum like to get away for a nice relaxing October break with my two young children!! We arrived late around 11pm you basically walk into the bar area stroke reception. The reception staff were very pleasant. We were given our key room 2409!!! I can honestly say I’ve never ever stayed in a room like this! It was so old looking and looked like a bedsit! It was meant to be a family room it was just awful! We could also smell the drains where we were staying like a bad cabbage smell. The pool area was full of wasps! Every so often you would get a big massive one too like a hornet! They have nothing to catch them so you just basically have to deal with it. The pool water was like an sas challenge it was that cold. The snack bar was the same every single day. Greek salad, chips, pizza. I like a nice drink on holiday and all were not very nice at all. The wine was like thick syrup!!! Think the go to drink was a gin and tonic. The restaurant basically had the same food every breakfast and dinner. We were all inclusive but went our most nights! We were all bitten by the mosquitos 🦟 no matter how much repellent you put on they still somehow get you. I can honestly say I will never go to that hotel again! I know circumstances may have changed due to COVID but this is not a 4*

    Oh dear let’s start by saying this hotel is not a 4 star it’s a low 3!!! Rooms are dark dingy and dirty we had to change 4 times bedding never got changed in the week we were here food is terrible everything covered in a weird lemon greasy sauce same food most days altho pizza by pool is lovely as you see it get freshly cooked we had to eat out 4 nights as we just couldn’t cope!!! Drinks are vile cheap an far to sweet served in plastic cups the size of a thimble u only get a decent cup if you pay only certain cocktails on all inc and no whisky all this you have to pay for!!! Staff can’t really be bothered all very straight faced sadly this hotel had tried to make a few extra pounds and gave holidays away at a cheap price this in turn attracted loud mouthed drunks effing and jeffing screaming around the grounds at 1am bar tender serving huge shots of vodkas to guests then telling them off when drunk and Leary!!!! Wasps were not to much of an issue if u clean up your mess mosquitos are rife here even with all the best sprays sadly wouldn’t return to this hotel when I complain to reservations manager he laughed in my face stayed in better 2 stars
