This hotel is so dated and unappealing. The rooms are not well kept and the beds are horrible. they are soft and bumpy mattresses. We have back issues and these beds caused us so much pain. When we talked to the staff, they said don't worry, we'll take care of it for you. They put some sort of thing underneath that felt like they put a door under there. It was just awful. Amazing stay

Very cozy, luxurious, clean place. Rooms were big and affordable . Stuff is super friendly and helpful. We came from a long trip super tired and they allowed us to check in before check in time. They made our stay in Thessaloniki unforgettable. Thank youCity hotel stuff. Definitely we will be coming back....

Downtown Thessaloniki hotel

Hotel is located in downtown Thessaloniki close to the waterfornt and Ladadika area with many restaurants and taverns. The rooms are of good size and bathrooms have all amenities. Breakfast was also good. The main downside was no garage. The hotel offered one for 25 per day or self parking at another place for 18 per day....

Annoying renovation.

The location of the hotel is superb! 2 mins walk from Aristotelous square and 10 min walk to the famous Ladadika area. The rooms are of a reasonable size, some over look the street below and you can even see the sea on the side. At weekends it can get a bit noisy dew to the two bars at the end of the road. Bathrooms are quite small and most rooms have shower not a tab. Breakfast is tasty and you can also order omele...

Well located to the water front, restaurants and bars.
But currently under renovation with outside being extremely dusty and needing to dodge overflowing skip bins.
Our room was very tired and in need of a refresh. Bathroom was extremely small and the room had a damp odour.
Our room at the front of the hotel experienced a lot of street noise, traffic all day and night and the bars until 2 am.
