    A trio of pools and a beachfront address put the Marriott Resort and Spa Merlin Beach firmly in the limelight.

    This one’s a corker for families. There are three pools including one with a joined-up kids’ bit and a slide for sprogs to shoot down. There’s also loads in the way of activities – from Thai cookery lessons to jewellery making.

    Al fresco movie nights and live music in the lobby bar keep things interesting in the evenings. And there’s a great line-up of restaurants, from a classy Italian place to a casual beachside grill that’s right by Tri-Trang Beach.

    While you're away, you can speak to us anytime - we're available 24/7 via the TUI App, phone, SMS and email. The easy-to-use TUI App is also packed with info and tips. It sends you important updates, like your airport transfer times, too.
    Please note there's a pre-authorisation charge of 500 Thai Baht per room, per night to be paid on arrival. This is to cover the minibar and other costs like room service, spa services and the in-resort restaurants and bars away from your board basis.       With three outdoor pools you'll be spoilt for choice. One comes with a swim-up bar and hydro-massage jets. Sun terraces with sunbeds are edged with palm trees for that bit of extra shade.

      As part of your holiday make sure you pay a visit to the spa with a range of de-stress and detoxing treatments, you'll leave feeling fully revitalised. The spa offers massage treatments for one or two with a variety of treatment rooms, one including a whirlpool. It's also recommended to take a dip in the steam bath to fully cleanse your skin before treatments, so arrive early for your spa appointment and avoid missing out.

    Best family hotel ever in Phuket

    We arrived with a warm welcome. Everything here was nice, atmosphere, food and service. Special thanks to Khun Kate (Receptionist supervisor) For outstanding service I really love her smile and hospitality. We will definitely go back Room 1110 11111 and 1112

    We just stop by here for dinner, we went to the Rum Shack bar, Khun Na Manage provide excellent service for our dinner . Cesar salad with salmon was tasty But my friends love the fried rice with seafood. We were enjoy with Thai beer, passion fruit cocktail is special cocktail by Khun Fon Thank you for all you did , our dinner were lovely.

    Was here for 3 days and sadly, on day 2 my wife became ill and ended up in hospital! Day 3 now and it looks like she’ll be in for a few nights yet! The team at the hotel were so good, from Ploy on the front desk, who I approached for help at 5 am to Robin who kept making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were all very kind and I wish I could have found the name of the maid who cleaned our room. She was exceptional in dealing with the initial mess from the illness. Maybe the management can trace her and give her a small bonus! The star of the show for me was Garfield! This lady chef was so genuinely welcoming at breakfast, remembering the strange way I liked my eggs, and making every guest, young and old, feel extra special. This lady is wasted cooking eggs, in a hotel this big she should be way up the line in hospitality!

    Stayed here in a swim up room. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious very clean with good WiFi Connection. Breakfast there was a great choice on offer. Had dinner here twice and again couldn’t fault the food or service. Can’t wait to visit again.
    Worth the money

    As you would expect from a marriott this hotel was excellent. The pool is superb and the beach is really nice but a little rocky when the tide is out. The rooms are excellent as is the service. Breakfast was good but a little disorganised, filling in a form rather than just providing a room number was a little strange. Just outside the hotel front and round to the left was a small row of bars and restaurants, to the right a family mart, so every thing you need is on the door step. Would definitely use again and we are looking forward to coming back.
