Great location! Nice hotel!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Friendly attentive staff. Beautiful clean hotel close to the Rialta bridge. The hotel was quiet. The roof top bar was nice as well. We didn't get the breakfast, but it looked great. We went to get a coffee and pastry just down the street. Comfy bed and indulgent tub. Close to shops and restaurants. Location was great....

We had a wonderful experience here and would go back again. The hotel arranged our transportation from the airport and we were greeted warmly when we arrived and offered warm, wet hand towels. The staff recommended a restaurant for lunch, loaned us umbrellas, stored our luggage and when we returned took us to our rooms on the 4th floor. What a perfect place to end our Italy experience. Great location. Walk every where. The hotel is about 1 minute from the nearest water taxi stand. Staff is amazing. We were leaving during a transport strike, so every transport option was either closed or busy. The location was ideal because we could walk anywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were in a junior suite, which we found to be on the small side compared to other hotels. The breakfast buffet had just the right amount of offerings. The room included turn down service at the end of the day. The hotel is located in a courtyard so there was no street noise. Lovely hotel situated in an ideal location for St Marks Basilica and Doge's palace, Most of the staff were lovely (Only one wasn't very nice) Hotel was spotless but for the money I think a 4 star hotel should have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and toilet facilities at or nearby their lovely roof top ( 4th floor) bar terrace and not on the ground floor....
