Very nice hotel away from the crowds.

Very nice hotel. Away from the crowded area of Venus. A couple of nice little restaurants just down the street. It has a small bar and restaurant. The rooms were well put together. Does have an elevator. Front desk staff very knowledgeable. Highly recommend....

Fabulous hotel - fabulous staff
Great food at breakfast and dinner and lovely bottle of water in the room each day -it is set back from the major hustle and bustle but close enough to transport links to airport and the whole of Venice - highly recommend...

Our second stay here and just as good if not better than the first.
The hotel is excellent in a quiet location but still a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Set in Cannaregio where locals live you get a real feel for Venice.

Good location away from the centre. About a 10-15 minute walk from the station (go left, not straight like we did). Rooms were small but nice. Two windows, sloped roof. Don't keep the windows open because of mosquitoes. Couldn't get the ac to work and was a bit warm overnight. Had a fridge. Complimentary water.
