This hotel is amazing. Firstly the location is spot on . Not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but very quiet area. The hotel itself is brilliant. Excellent location. 7 minutes walk from a Grand Canal station and 5 minutes from station to catch water taxi to airport. 5 minutes from the main high street.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful.
Room was excellent, clean, comfortable.
Would recommend highly....

We had high expectations for this hotel accommodation based on earlier reviews. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet street but with easy access (5minute walk) to a water bus stop and some more lively restaurants and wine bars. Special acknowledgement to VinoVero, Ristorante Levante and ristorante Ormiesin. The hotel also offered at own cost an evening tour of Venice by water taxi and a morning visit to Murano...
