Perfekt location! They have a bar with a single table outside which is incredible and gondol passing right by, you can almost touch them (do not tell everyone about this, keep as a seecret)....

Great location literally a 2 minute walk from St Marks Square also has a waterfront access if you are getting a private boat.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and bedrooms were spotlessly clean but a bit dated. We had a junior suite which felt very small for 3 people but it was fine as we were out all day. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were good quality.

One of the very few hotels in the San Marco area with a suite (1-bedroom, and one living room w/pull-out couch). The view was great, and just above the roof line of the surrounding buildings. It was on the top floor (5th)
Breakfast was included with the room rate, and this is always a nice convenience to have, and had good variety.
WI-FI was dependable, and staff was very friendly, and customer-service is great....

Best birthday holiday I have ever had, hotel nice, a lovely spot on the canal where you can enjoy the view while having a coffee.
Spotless , staff supportive and welcoming, located three minutes walking from Saint Mark Square.
Amazing collection of local artists painting up the walls.
Lovely breakfast, gluten free options available....

We loved our four night stay in this hotel. Staff are lovely, rooms clean, breakfast great even for gluten free needs. Great location near San Marco...
