Excellent hotel. Nice clean room. All staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Location is spot on. I will definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Well done....

I got robbed in my room at this hotel

I had the worst experience in this hotel. I during my stay I was robbed. 200 euros stolen from the safety box in my room. The safety box was manual with a key and the thief must have had a copy. That morning before leaving the room I counted the money because it was business money and placed them together with some other documents in the safe box. I return to the room about 4 hours later to find out that the money wa...

The best hotel in Venice!!! We will back for sure. Everything is perfect! The beds are comfortable. The rooms is very clean. ( we had a cross booking and had 2 rooms). Staff is great, the locatin is awesome, the servise is great....

We had a lovely 3 day break at this ideally situated hotel just a minute or two from Saint Marks Square. When we arrived we were met by friendly helpful staff. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed, the only minor fault was no draws for clothes just a large wardrobe.
