Good hotel with good facilities and friendly staff

Very comfortable stay, friendly, helpful staff. Good WiFi, ample breakfast with plenty of choice. The location of this hotel is very good, close to Marks Square with plenty of restaurants around. We got a good package deal with British Airways....

Good location short walk from Piazza San Marco. Reasonable price for the location. Room was comfortable although wifi seemed somewhat spotty depending on location in the hotel. Helpful staff with dining recommendations. Good breakfast. And artwork on the walls!...

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very close to St Marks Square, but despite how busy the square is, the hotel is just two streets away and a quiet haven. On arrival we were warmly greeted at reception, and helped with our bags to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a city break. This is a charming Hotel tucked away in one of the side streets off St Marks square. The back of the Hotel overlooks one of the many canals. There is an excellent bar run by the amazing Natalia !! You can sit on a small wooden terrace, enjoy a drink and watch the gondolas go past. All the staff were excellent and could not be more helpful.
