As others have commented the hotel is ideally placed to explore St Marks square and the rialto bridge area of Venice. The hotel has lots of character the rooms are clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and they did a good breakfast. You should be aware there is no lift and the stairs are steep....

4th time in Venice, so we knew what to do from vaporetto and gondola rides, to visiting churches or just walking alongs

Excellent location- literally a few minute s from either the Rialto Bridge or the Piazza San Marco.
Polite and helpfull staff with 24-hour reception.
Excellent breakfast and ceanliness....

Location Location Location!!! I absolutely loooved the location of this hotel so much. So close to San Marco plaza and also close to the Rialto water boat station. Very easy and convenient to get around because you are in the heart of all the top spots....

Perfect location 5 mins from st Marks square and Rialto. We did miss the door to the hotel several times - its tucked between restaurant outdoor tables. Lovely little hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Room small but has everything and is spotlessly clean. Will definitely go back. Im...

good traditional hotel but no lifts

Traditional hotel. Well run, clean with full restaurant on ground floor. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Room well equipped with all essentials.
Breakfast the regular Italian continental, Coffee I recall was very strong.
only down side was np lifts. We were on the top 4th floor and it was a hike....
