In 2017 my wife and I stayed at a luxury hotel in Venice. We enjoyed that. This time, we wanted to be more budget conscious and that property's $1,700/night rate was steep, so I used TripAdvisor to find an alternative. After staying 1 night at this hotel, I can fully understand its high ranking in TripAdvisor. The front desk is very attentive and welcoming and gave perfect directions of exploring Venice without getting lost. The centuries old rooms are charming and quaint. Really nice hotel located very close to the bus station and right opposite the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We took the bus number 5 from outside the airport which took us straight to the bus station and the hotel was a 3/4 minute walk from the bus station. The bus ticket was 10 per person and was the cheapest/quickest way to get to the hotel.

Service was top notch! They cant do enough for you. Showed us two different rooms and let us decide which room we wanted . Turned us on to two good restaurants and reserved our taxi back to the airport. Francesca was the woman who has a big personality and always smiling. I would stay here again especially because its very convenient for getting back to the airport....
