Feels like a 3 or 4 star hotel, certainly well short of a luxury five star experience. We booked a week in one of the best suites with a large terrace overlooking the lagoon. From initial check in we knew we had made a mistake. None of the professionalism you expect from a luxury hotel. The room was tired and in need of maintenance. NOT shabby chic, just shabby. This was such a lovely experience - suite was very comfortable, view was great, employees simply lovely it came across so authentically that they cared about our experience, breakfast was great, ground / water transfers were executed flawlessly....

The worst and the most outdated hotel! the condition of my room fell way far below the standards I expected. I paid 700 euro for a cracked ceiling bathroom and bad smell room. The breakfast is mediocre. You don't even deserve a three star!
The bathroom was noticeably outdated, with serious wear and tear on the ceiling, disgusting bathtub and wall. There are chipped areas on the walls and ceiling, which gave the room...
