I run around rating things a lot of 5/5 because thats what they are relative to the price. There are a bunch of A+ things to this hotel. The reception and concierge staff, the breakfast and its staff, the location and the general ambience were lovely. The onsite seafood restaurant was also top drawer and priced accordingly. Common areas are dated, worn, and lacking in basic maintenace. The reservation process was clunky, required multiple phone calls to correct and ultimately resulted in placement in a "suite" for 2 adults and 2 children that lacked door on bedroom, no water closet, no air conditioning in bathroom, dark and dissapointing....

What an amazing hotel. Thank you for looking after us on our 25th Anniversary. The room was more than we hoped, location is perfect, and the staff highly attentive and friendly. Perfect access to all the near by tourist locations and shopping ...

I've read the negative reviews and have found them to be the opposite of what we experienced. The staff was phenomenal....always there to assist. We were upgraded so I can't say anything about the original room but the upgraded room was like staying in a palace. After 14 days "on the road" the Baglioni Hotel Luna was our best experience....
