We have stayed twice here. Not luxurious but welll kept and managed
We like the easy access to the train with shirt walk amd no bridges. Rooms are normal size for venice. Very good breakfast buffet but constantly cool eggs and bacon
We ate once each trip in the restaurant. Geared to brits or Americans. Simple food. Not gourmet

The only high light of this hotel is the location. It was only a 4 minute walk from the Train Station and all the other neighborhoods were all within a 20 minute walk. The lobby restaurant was decent but expensive. However, that is expected for a hotel restaurant. Besides that, there was nothing to rave about. Hotel was more than we hoped. Staff was amazing and no wait with our check in. They held our bags since we arrived early. The hotel is so close to train or airport bus . Rooms were super clean and views of the Grand Canal. Breakfast buffet very good. Many different item to eat. Buffet well stock and never had to wait for a table. Great range of items for breakfast which we included, right on grand canal. We had hoped for a canal view so make sure to triple check that you are getting one prior to arrival. No water taxi service direct to hotel however we got the vaparetto to Guglie and it was a short walk over the bridge and easy to find from directions given by hotel. Wonderful stay in the heart of Venice!
The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the Grand Canal spacious, bright, and comfortable, with both a sofa and a desk. Everything was clean and welcoming.
Breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious choices: fresh cheeses, honey straight from the comb, amazing pastries, tasty decaf cappuccino, and even prosecco on Saturday!
