Great range of items for breakfast which we included, right on grand canal. We had hoped for a canal view so make sure to triple check that you are getting one prior to arrival. No water taxi service direct to hotel however we got the vaparetto to Guglie and it was a short walk over the bridge and easy to find from directions given by hotel. Great location to get to everything and right beside train station. Lovely b...

Wonderful stay in the heart of Venice!
The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the Grand Canal spacious, bright, and comfortable, with both a sofa and a desk. Everything was clean and welcoming.
Breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious choices: fresh cheeses, honey straight from the comb, amazing pastries, tasty decaf cappuccino, and even prosecco on Saturday!

Nice enough hotel for a base. Good convenient location on grand canal, but I was expecting more from the room. On arrival we were "upgraded" to a larger one with free mini bar, (2 bottles of water). If this room was larger I cannot say what smaller rooms were like. Strange configuration to the room a downstairs area with a TV and wardrobe placed in the middle?Bathroom and shower was not an easy experience either...

Hotel taking advantage of strikes and flooding. Disappointing.

The Trains went on strike and then we experienced floods preventing us from getting to Venice by a one day. The CHC Premier refused to work with us on cancelling a night as they said it was prepaid, so they didn't have to refund me anything. I agree, they didn't "Have to", so I guess that is just the kinda of service that a "Premier Collection" hotel gives in Venice. I was pretty disappointed in what could have been ...

Hotel is nothing close to how it is advertised.
Apparently we were upgraded to a better room.
Our room was over a busy strip outside the hotel with a lot of noise.
Asked to be moved and we were refused.
DO NOT Stay AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!...
