This our 11th time in Italy and 8th time in Venice. But this happens for the FIRST time! We paid for the triple room and got a double. The reception keeps ignoring us and does not do a single thing to help us! Avoid this place if you do not want to be cheated!...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived at night and we were a little concerned when we saw we were staying in an annexe to the main hotel. But that was short lived. Our room was spacious with everything we needed and were cleaned daily. There was a Co-op opposite if we required anything extra. The main hotel was a short walk away and the staff were excellent and very helpful recommending places to eat ...

Double room with great size comfortable bed. Room itself wasnt huge but I wouldnt expect a bigger room for the price paid in Venice.

Well located, but we were in room. 618 which is a tiny room and the same price as the room next door 616 which our friends were in and which is twice as big. Also the noise from the little docking /unloading area outside the window was terrible, it started at 5am and disturbed our sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room cold overnight.
