Charming hotel tucked away surrounded by a small canal. We stayed three nights, the room was spacious and spotless. The bed was huge and so comfortable. WiFi wasn't great but not a major issue. Plenty of breakfast choice. Staff very helpful. Loved our time in Venice....

Somewhat quirky hotel, rooms all over the place, but comfortable and very clean, including refurbished en-suite. Good selection for breakfast, although no cooked items on offer. Very handily placed for the main attractions, less than five minutes from St Marks Square. Happy to recommend....

I really do not understand the negative reviews about this hotel. We enjoyed a 3 night stay here. Comfortable and spacious Classic Double room. Spotlessly clean with modern bathroom fittings, hairdryer, plenty of wardrobe space, complementary tea and coffee, free in room safe.
Friendly and welcoming staff on reception and at breakfast. We stayed in room 601 in the annexe building and it was fine. Nothing to worry ...

Mold everywhere, rooms dated, mediocre breakfast

We paid $350 per night to find this is a terrible facility. There was black mold on the curtains in the bathroom and everything is very dated.
Behind the artwork the wall is wet and peeling indicating major leak. The AC says is on but doesnt cool. Poor mattress , pillows totally flat. Breakfast is less than mediocre, terribly looking scrambled eggs and old bread. The only thing I could eat was the Brie cheese with ...

Not the room we booked.

We stayed in August. We were shown to an alternate nearby location. The room our agent had booked us was stated on our documents as Classic room double. We had a photograph. The room we were given at the nearby sister hotel was a very small room with crappy furniture. We checked booking.com website and saw the room we were allocated was clearly a cheaper Small double room. We were tired and decided to sort it ou...
