Hotel itself may be fine,however even though they confirmed to our travel agent that we would be in the main building we were in the annexe.Very tired and dated room.No irons available.Fridge doesnt work.Breakfast room had an awful atmosphere and same breakfast every morning which was just passable.Meant to be a four star hotel but paper cups in room and no milk unless you asked doesnt make it feel great.Shower ove...

Upon arrival, we were told wed be in the annex , due to reviews here I was not happy! The room was beautiful and clean, spacious and comfortable! Staff is super nice! Breakfast amazing!
Furniture is dated, to add to the charm. The chandelier in our room! Omg , the tall ceilings added that luxurious feeling! amazing! Love it here!...

The first room we were given in the annexe, not the main building had filthy furniture and was tatty. The second room offered was exactly the same, as was the third. The reception area of the annexe was a building site, with boxes of plumbing equipment strewn about in boxes. After the first night we were moved into the main building, which was better, but the room had a kettle and sachets of Nescafé and paper cups. D...

The hotel is well located to St Marks Square and the Grand Canal for water taxis. The room we had was not great, situated in an attic in an annexe with only a port hole window and a velux roof light. It was very warm. There was little storage space but did have a spacious shower room. The bedroom was clean and well attended by the staff.
