Amazing hotel in the heart of Venice

So we went to Venice 5-9 November, the hotel is in perfect location 5 minutes from all the big things you have to see in Venice such as Palaco Ducale, Saint Marcos Square and Basilika. The hotel room was a beauty. Big and cozy. The breakfast was small but very good. The waitress, the receptionists and the cute Housekeeping lady, everyone was so friendly and accomondating.

This is a perfect 'small' Hotel, in a great location. Despite being only a short walk to the very busy San Zaccaria and Piazza San Marco, it is incredibly quiet. My room, 209, was small, but perfectly acceptable, with a big, very comfortable bed. The bathroom, was clean and well looked after every day. The staff, all of them, super friendly and efficient. The property is in a great location! That being said, our room was really small and we had a few issues with one of the lamps and the towel heater condenser leaking water onto the bathroom floor. It took 2 days for the issue to be resolved.
It was also bothersome that there is no 24 hour reception desk. You had ring for help. Upon checkout, we were asked to go around the block to pay. We declined and had the manag...

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, my husband and I stayed for 3 nights. We were lucky to be upgraded. The room was gorgeous, so spacious, so clean, it was lovely. The towels are huge and fluffy, the shower was amazing. We were so impressed. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food but we were really pleased with the hotel and the room. It's in a perfect location, we would definitely stay there again....

We stayed here for 4 nights. My husband is sadly scared of mosquitos and our original room had quite a lot of mosquitos and was also quite small and dated. We paid a bit extra and upgraded to a larger room. This room had been recently renovated and to a very high standard. Lovely room and facilities.
