Lovely hotel - tucked away in a quiet street

We have visited Venice numerous times and stayed in many different hotels. We selected this one for its proximity to both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge - an easy walk to both. A small hotel nestled in a quiet corner, it was just what we needed.
We were allocated a huge room in the newly-renovated wing - an enormous room by Venetian standards and was super-comfortable (great night's sleep).

Just returned from a 4 night stay and were sadly very disappointed with our room - a classic double. Was very small, claustrophobic and in need of updating. Advice would be to upgrade. Having said that, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice and the breakfast was ok.. Location was good and the restaurant next door was really good, friendly staff who did not rip us off. This hotel did all the important things well . The reception staff were helpful and friendly at all times . The room was spotlessly clean and was maintained to this high standard through out our visit . The breakfast was well above average . We will be back dv....

A good budget choice

This is a three star hotel on the side street in Venice. It had a very pleasant staff and a nice breakfast. Room 142 had a refrigerator and wardrobe and a tiny TV with Italian stations. It was very silly that the toilet paper was located way above ones head. Ill never understand that. The room had a tiny corner, prefab shower but kind of typical of a three star hotel....

One of the best hotels in Venice for the money!

Bed was comfy and a true king, bathroom was immaculate and spacious. Some stairs involved (elevator starts on floor 1 rather than ground floor). Staff were courteous and helpful at every turn. AC blows nice and cold! Restaurant attached to the hotel is also very good. Included breakfast was delicious and they have a water refill station too (so hold onto those expensive plastic bottles).
