Excellent hotel, was given a very warm welcome when we arrived, and informative information on the surrounding area of sites to visit and where to eat.
We had a room in the annexe which was perfect clean and tidy couldnt ask for more....

How hospitality should be done,
From a warm welcome from Hans ,
Well maintained Hotel, clean and not far from anything you wish to visit.
We had a lovely buffet breakfast and were amazed to have a complimentary hospitality tray , with kettle tea and coffee in the bedroom and Hiding in a cupboard so you are not able to its buzz was a drinks fridge & safe....

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH WONDERFUL STAFF

Beautiful walk from the nearest vaporetto stop (s. Zaccaria) down some beautiful alleys and bridges. Over the last bridge was the hotel. It took about 5 minutes and was easy to find and in a peaceful setting.
The hotel itself was beautiful and very well maintained and the staff that checked us in was friendly and showed us to our room through a lovely landing area. Our room was typically Venetian and had enough spa...

Super hotel with friendly staff

We loved this hotel. So close to St Marks but tucked away. Staff were very helpful, especially Frederico who was wonderful and assisted us on our first night. Night staff printed our train tickets for us.
Breakfast was great.
Our room was very spacious and very clean. A great hotel....

Exceptional hospitality, beautiful hotel.

The staff and management at this beautiful hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained and updated with all of the amenities youd expect from a luxury hotel. The location is just slightly off a busy campo, and also not far from San Marco, but it is remarkably quiet in the evenings. We were thrilled with our stay and will definitely return....
