Dont recommend this hotel. They dont care about their guests unfortunately. There are better options available in my opinion....

The rooms were wonderful and the staff was super helpful and address are needs and accommodations. The breakfast was a great way to start the day - any option you could possibly want for breakfast was there - and then some. The location was perfect!...

Great location, not a great room, as basic as you can get for amenities

First, it's a terrific location, moments from the piazza and palace.
Staff are helpful and pleasant.
The room however was problematic. We needed two beds and got two singles pushed together, room was so small they could barely be pushed apart. That being said, the beds were comfortable.
The only amenity in the room was a shower cap, and the cups were plastic, disposable. There was one liquid soap for everything. Th...

The hotel location was perfectly close to Saint Marks Square and the staff was lovely. Some of our favorite moments were sitting at the hotel bar and enjoying beverages.
