The hotel room service and staff were excellent. Also the hotel location was Walking distance from the train station and close to the center of the city. The breakfast was very good and well organized. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very spacious....

Bed Bug Infestation Ruined Our Stay
We stayed at this hotel in Venice from October 1519, 2024, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant due to a serious bedbug problem. On our last morning, we discovered the infestation and were left covered in hundreds of bites. This was not a minor issueit caused significant physical discomfort and distress.
What made matters worse was the hotels lack of account...

Greta location. Bar under refurbishment. Staff excellent. Would most certainly recommend especially with children or exploring the local sites. Very pretty with access to the canals straight from the dining hall. All in all a decent hotel which will be better when the bar reopens!!...

Room was very dated. Wallpaper coming away from walls. Musty smell in the room. One plug socket only. No tea or coffee or even a glass to use. Opened the window to an alley with building work going on. No view whatsoever.
Don't know about any other rooms but this one was terrible.
Breakfast was OK....

Great canal Hotel

I really loved this hotel because of the canal balconies in the main lobby and I would stay here again. The only cons were the canal room I booked did not match the picture on the website (my room was much smaller than the one it showed me getting) and there was no bar or dinner restaurant option in the hotel...
