4 Star Hotel? Travelodge is better! Misleading advertising

We booked a superior double room based on the pictures advertised but the actual room was completely different to the pictures. The room was much smaller, dark, sparsely decorated and needed modernisation. Also, the room wasn't even in the main hotel building, but in an annex across the street, through a zigzag corridor and up a lift that had seen better days. Dont recommend this hotel. They dont care about their guests unfortunately. There are better options available in my opinion....

The rooms were wonderful and the staff was super helpful and address are needs and accommodations. The breakfast was a great way to start the day - any option you could possibly want for breakfast was there - and then some. The location was perfect!...

Great location, not a great room, as basic as you can get for amenities

First, it's a terrific location, moments from the piazza and palace.
Staff are helpful and pleasant.
The room however was problematic. We needed two beds and got two singles pushed together, room was so small they could barely be pushed apart. That being said, the beds were comfortable.
