Very nice hotel on the canal with views of the Gondolas out your window. They provide a porter to bring your bags to your room even if your capable. Room was large, windows opened and large bathroom with tub which was a delight after a long day. Right at St Marks square so walk to everything. About a 5-10 minute walk from water bus drop off, so pack light as you need to carry your luggage over steps bridge. Great ...

Room on top floor accessible by elevator, was freshly painted with hardwood floor, was very clean with sufficient closet space for two.
Mattress was very firm, but not lumpy so although we are accustomed to pillow top mattress we still did get a good night sleep. The pillows were very hard.

Fantastic location.
Welcomed warmly on arrival, check in was seamless, porter assisted us with luggage to room.
Hotel, breakfast room & our room were spotlessly clean - our linen was changed every day.
Breakfast was a good selection of breads, sweet cakes, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber, beans, sausage, scrambled eggs & bacon. Help yourself.

The perfect location, great staff on the front desk and throughout the hotel. The hotel was immaculate, perfect pillows and bedding. The bedrooms were spacious and overlooked the canal and the gondolas. Literally straight over a little bridge and you were in St Marks Square. Really good buffet breakfast and attentive staff....

The hotel is situated right in the centre of Venice and our rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Power shower was amazing. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If I return to Venice I would definitely stay there again....
