Lovely hotel, comfy - absolutely great place to stay after exploring all day!!!
Breakfast was nice - the ladies friendly!!
The staff were all lovely and friendly - but special thanks needs to be made to Mustafa - who does anything for his guests!!!! And will help in anyway he can!!

The hotel is near San Marco, the rooms are ok, clean, but I think they should insist a bit on cleanliness, the breakfast is not very diverse but it has some delicious croissants and the most important thing, I met the staff and Mr. Moustafa is the coolest man! This man made my citybreak wonderful!...

Moustafa is the best hotelier I have met in a long time compassionate understanding sympathetic to travellers needs
Highly recommend as travellers can only benefit from such high standards of compassion from their hoteliers...

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Biennale, as it is located exactly between Arsenale and Giardini. It is very close to Via Garibaldi with all the cafes and restaurants, and even a supermarket.
It has wheelchair accessible rooms, which is in Venice usually a rare find.
The rooms are spacious and clean, there is breakfast available with fresh brioches :)

Good hotel, nice staff especially Mr Mustafa. He was very kind, helpful and always smiled. He was the best! Good standard hotel breakfast. Quiet neighborhood, shop and restaurants very close to the building....
