Nightmare bed bugs!

Beware, this place has bed bugs and the mattresses are disgusting, it doesn't have any mattress cover, bed bugs all over the beds, I traveled with my wife and two kids, as soon as we found out we took our stuff and stepped outside the room from 2 am, we waited in the waiting area until 8 am because it was too dark to any where. They knew the room had bed bugs and yet they still gave it to us....nightmare! Now we have...

We stayed for ten days, bed and breakfast, Danieli on the first meeting was very pleasant and extremely helpful, arranging a water taxi to Murano free of charge,( we had to arrange our own return but with good instruction to best utilise our time) this was our first day. Love love loved everything about this hotel. Spent 10 days here with family. Daniele was so friendly and helpful with any query and advice. Arranged a free boat trip to Murano for us which was amazing. Helped us with booking tickets for the Feast of the Redeeemer celebrations. Excellent restaurant recommendation on our last night. The whole team were lovely, breakfast every morning was great, exactly what was need...

Fantastic service and friendly staff. My husband was ill when we arrived and slept like a baby in this wonderful hotel until we departed the next day. The man at reception was so kind as to bring us crossants as we were all weak from aong journey and walking. The breakfast was great and the staff wonderful. This hotel was nothing short of amazing, we arrived early and they let us drop our bags. The person at the desk provided us with a map of the area and told us the best places to visit. We had a room for four adults and it was extremely clean and welcoming, housekeeping every day. The breakfast was a lot more than we were expecting, cooked offering as well as pastries, cereals and fruit. The staff were all really good...
