Had a triple wool which was huge. Could have easily slept five even though fire codes are strict and we were only three.
Happy having a fridge, roomy bathroom. Extra points for the black out curtains.
The only cons were the very long walk from the train station. Its the hotel I think farthest out in Canareggio and do not recommend walking in summer heat with luggage.

The Eurostars Residenza Venice is in a fantastic location and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was also good, providing a tasty start to the day. Its worth noting that the rooms are on the smaller side. Also, accessing the hotel with luggage is only by water taxi which can be quite costly.Despite this expense, the brilliant location and service more than made up for it...

This is the nicest room we have enjoyed on this trip. They provide laundry service. We arrived before check in. Eurostar stored our luggage and placed it in our room. Our room had a loft for my husband and I and a pull out couch downstairs for our son. We enjoyed a late lunch at Oficina Ormesini that was suggested by the hotel. The food was delicious. Somewhat expensive, but worth it. The breakfast is great and the room comfortable. The hotel is a bit away from the tourist areas, but the staff are friendly, the room is pleasant, and the bed is comfortable....

It was better than I expected.
The place is really nice, clean , quiet and well located.
When I come back to visit Venice one more time, I will surely stay there!...
