Serious misrepresentation broken heating, off-site unit, hotel refuses responsibility.
We paid approximately USD $580/night expecting a hotel room. What we received was a small studio apartment (290 sq ft) located a full block from the hotel in a separate building a fact that was not clearly disclosed during booking. This is a material misrepresentation.
On arrival we discovered the heating was not functioning....

Loved the hotel. The only issue was it was difficult to take a shower because there was no shower curtain or glass and the whole bathroom got wet. We got better at after the first night. ...

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Giorgione in Venice. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a piece of historyin the best way possible. One of our favorite touches was the giant, old-style room keys such a fun and memorable detail that really added to the charm.

Nicely located with helpful reception staff. However, expensive for what it is. The breakfast is adequate but not good value (unless, like some we saw, you pack enough food into your bag to last you the day).
Drinks from a machine rather than fresh and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Afternoon tea or coffee is available just off reception if you like tepid drinks. They do have heaters underneath but these were...

Fabulous hotel, great breakfast and service. Thoroughly spoilt and looked after during our stay. Comfy beds, polite and helpful staff. Perfect location tucked away in a quiet corner but very central. 10 minutes walk to St Marks & mins 5 to the Rialto or to the water bus stops. Definitely highly recommend.
