The room we went for was a superior elegance room but I was not convinced that room 307 is . Room looks tired and bathroom small having to tilt head to use the toilet . Furniture worn and dated . Old safes still in use . Breakfast was quite boring and if you wanted fresh orange juice you had to pay for it . Variety was poor !! Overall I feel expensive for what you get . If you want a great location and an average hot...

Hotel was nice its in a great area with a big sign you can see from any direction but the bed are uncomfortable and small. The kids can only use the pool till 3pm which is dumb...

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay. The hotel was beautiful very clean & staff were always polite & helpful. The decor is very in keeping with Venice, antique furniture. The pool was such a treat after a day walking around & the complimentary ice tea was a lovely touch. Also drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was much better than we expected & the coffee was delicious. Thank you to all the staff & owners...

The hotel is great, the service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. It was like visiting a friend you had not seen for a while.

Really enjoyed the stay and so did my group. The hotel preserves old Venetian charme and its staff is mot professional and helpful....
