We arrived in the morning after walking on foot from Canareggio (do not recommend)
We had only hoped to store our bags for a few hours before check in time. To my surprise, they immediately apologized the room wasnt ready and promised it would only take twenty minutes. We left all our bags and headed out for ice cream. When we came back, the room was ready and all our luggage had been whisked upstairs! Such incredi...

This is a really lovely traditional Venetian hotel . The staff on the desk were extremely helpful and friendly . Breakfast was great and the courtesy afternoon tea for guests was a treat . Really centrally located . We really enjoyed our stay here . Would definitely return to this hotel again . Thanks for a very warm welcome and making us feel at home x...

Amazing hotel, perfect location, staff warm and friendly. We upgraded to superior room, situated in the annex, which is only a few steps away, the room was beautiful and clean, bed & pillows so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel....

This is an excellent hotel in all respects. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. The location is great right near St Mark's Square. The breakfast buffet is very high quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All in all a perfect hotel base when visiting Venice....
