Do not stay at this hotel! We had a reservation for one night. Our plans changed after our designated cancellation time, so I made a separate reservation for the following night because I wanted to make sure we would have a place. I contacted the hotel and asked if I could switch my original reservation so I wouldnt have to pay for the cancelled night. I spoke/emailed them about 8 times. They told me they could do n...

Great hotel, great location and wonderful afternoon tea.

The hotel was great, we really didn't have much of a view and it was a bit noisy when the windows were open. The lighting could have been better, but the breakfast was great and the afternoon tea was a nice surprise when you need that little break at the end of the day. The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help in any way they could...

I totally recommend this hotel . Lovely staff cozy and comfortable rooms not pokey and beautifully decorated.
Right behind St Marks Square .
Lift from reception to the rooms no steps which was a major consideration as my mum cannot do steps easily....
