Great location, friendly staff, breakfast lovely

Staying in room 103 atm, rooms great, breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful.
Location is great with a small grocery shop 1 minute walk if you're forgotten anything.
If we come back we'd happily stay here again.
Definitely recommend

Terrible experience at this stinky hotel!

I would not stay in Hotel Santa Marina even if you pay me a million bucks. The room I was assigned to had a horrible stench. My asthma acted up and I asked for a change of room but the surly stony faced woman at the reception told me it was impossible.
I asked her to come up to the room and smell the stench for herself. She told me that she did check the room and it was fine.

Central, comfortable, friendly Santa Marina

We loved it here. Excellent central location but quiet in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast is too notch. All of the hotel staff who we dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Our bed was large and comfortable.
It is not cheap, but there again it is Venezia.

Much more updated than we expected! Lovely hotel, great location (close to everything but not too crowded/busy), welcoming staff, convenient guest-only bar.
Welcoming room with lots of outlets (7 or so), free included wifi, lovely modern bathroom.
And AC worked very well even though it was 35c/95f out! Hint, keeping the bath door closed did keep it much cooler in the room. Housekeeping was great at keeping the shutt...

First hotel on a group travel trip. Water taxi stopped close by, so easy and turned out to be a really good location. Room (203) overlooked building walls and a lower flat roof - not great, but not an issue. It was on the small side, but fine. Really good breakfast, especially the fruit pancakes. Would happily stay there again.....
