Let be honnest. First it is a great location, less than 10min of walk from piazza San Marco. The bed is confortable. And those are the positive things . I ve booked the Deluxe double room , breakfast included 130/night. The walls are as if they don t exist. You can hear everything, I mean every single noise , from the attending rooms. After reading some of the reviews, we were initially a little apprehensive about staying at this hotel; however, our experience was far from negative. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

I booked my son a room here as a reward for his hard work during his study abroad semester. I thought I was doing him a favor by upgrading him from a hostel, but I was wrong. When he arrived, his AC and shower were broken, he had tea bags but no teapot, and there wasn't a TV despite being listed as an amenity on their website. Venice as you imagine

Fantastic hotel right on a small canal. We had a ground floor room and when windows were open you could see water taxis and gondolas going past. Restaurants on other side of canal sometimes had accordion player adding to atmosphere.
Short walk to St Marks Square over a few lovely little bridges.
