The Londra Palace is obviously an expensive establishment, but for me it was worth it - especially for the view of Venice and San Giorgio Maggiore from my window. True, the area is perhaps busier than other parts of Venice away from San Marco, but the location was an advantage for me as I was attending the Biennale. True, also, as some reviews have mentioned, the rooms are a bit small - but this is Venice, not Phoen...

Second stay at Londra Palace. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and is perfectly located in the center of it all on the Grand Canal. Service was great at the front desk and bar, housekeeping was outstanding, and the hotel was immaculate.
I want my review to be fair and balanced so heres the not so good.
