It is a perfect place to enjoy Venice. My wife and I honeymooned here in 2013 and had fantastic memories. This time we came back and it was everything we remembered. The staff is amazing and everything was perfect! If you travel to Venice this is the place to stay and the place to eat! Try to book too 414! It will change your life....

Awesome stay with our friends. As 3 couples stay together, we enjoy more with the free trip to Murano Glass factory. The staff are awesome.. Concierge team, HK team and I would like to thank Bernard and team as well for helping us with our luggages.

Disappointed by the Staffs Handling of Lost Item

I stayed at Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal and unfortunately lost my AirPods during my visit. I tracked them using Apples Find My app, which showed they were last located in the hotel for several days after my departure.

Liked · At my request the hotel arranged a private pick up water taxi from the airport, this went exactly to plan, and exceeded our expecations, such a lovely start. Upon check in, we were given a free upgrade to a suite, a very generous touch.
The hotels location is second to none, right in the heart of San marco sat on the edge of the Grand Canal. Yet the hotel still has a peaceful and quiet feel to it when inside....
