We loved our stay at this hotel!
We had a room with a balcony right on the grand canal and it was beautiful! Not as noisy as one might expect - the walls and doors really shut out the noise outside and I never heard guests in another room.
Front desk was very helpful - they kindly assisted us in reserving a water taxi for our morning trip to the airport (150). When we arrived they also assisted us in carrying our ...

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Venice. Our room had a view of the canal and Rialto bridge.
Attentive staff and bell service. Front desk was super helpful. Easy water taxi transfer from train station and to the airport (a great experience too!).
**Stairs are required for some of the rooms. For mobility challenged travelers I would suggest calling the hotel before booking so you get easy rooms to access

My wife and I stayed at the Rialto Hotel on May 4th thru May 9th in the city of canals. The hotel was great, authentic Venetian rooms, a welcome every time we were at the front desk area, a wonderful breakfast with so many options, and help all the time we needed to navigate the area. The positive was the position was in a good spot. However the pictures are amazing of the rooms, when infact the room was small dark and poky, The place was somewhat dated, staff were adequate. The views looking out onto a dusty backyard, is not what I expected. Breakfast was included so that was a plus, again I have had better paying less....

i feel like I am staying at a completly different hotel then others who have reviewed ths place. The staff is not attentive and provided conflicting stories when I presentrd them with problems. Our room has bugs in it and we are bitten up. The mattress and pillows are as soft as concrete. i have not slept in two nights. The staff could care less. Fot the money it cost to stay here I expected better. Do yoursel...
