Central hub, great staff

Fantastic location being about 300 yards from St Mark's square we were easily able to use the hotel as a central hub for exploring Venice. The rooms were very well kept and the staff super friendly. We recommend booking the La Caravella restaurant next door as you get a discount if you stay in the hotel...

Excellent service and unparalleled location

This hotel far outdid my expectations. Ultimately any hotel is judged on its service. Here it was superb. Reception and concierge service was always speedy and helpful. The breakfast was very good and Valeria, managing the breakfast service was wonderful. We were a party of 5 and every morning a table was found for us within minutes....

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We felt it was a great value for our money - a great location, a wonderful family style room, and the included breakfast was above and beyond our expectations. The staff, especially Mirko and Raffaele, were so kind and friendly. We would love to return someday!...
