A perfect hotel of a wonderful city

We have just stayed for four nights at the Hotel Saturnia & International in Venice and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for many of the tourist spots, restaurants, transport links and beautiful shops. Unlike so many chain hotels the hotel has real character at every turn there are little architectural quirks and details, wander around and see the old staircase, and the beautiful art work.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff

The hotel is stunning in its beauty but the staff are the treasure. The concierge, bar and restaurant staff and the whole team treat each guest as a VIP. They go out of their way to help you navigate the gorgeous but sometimes confusing city. The breakfast each morning was a strong start to the day - the staff there were very helpful and cheering. I rarely say my best meals in a city were those at my hotel but YES...

From arrival to departure this was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a modern flashy place , the Saturnian is not for you, but if you want personalized friendly traditional you are in luck.The front desk go out of their way to help you with everything from directions, umbrellas and arranging transportation .
