Convenient location on the Grand Canal and about 15 minutes (walking) from St. Mark's Square. Easy to get to from the train station. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, although the shower door does not prevent water from spilling all over the floor (slippery). We did not have enough cold water in the shower (a plumbing issue, I suppose) so we had to be very careful not to g...

We had a great stay at Sina Palazzo! It was a great location on the grand canal and not too far from several must see points of interest . They upgraded our room and the view was incredible. The front desk, breakfast staff, and bellmen were so friendly and accomodating. The room was very spacious and clean. Our flight was canceled and we were lucky enough to be able to stay an extra day. Excellent location and terrific staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. The rooms are well appointed and we had a wonderful view of the grand canal and the Rialto bridge. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful....

In addition to being a PERFECT location the service at this hotel is perfection. We arrived on 8/31 for 2 nights and loved every second of our time. Every individual we encountered offered excellent service with a smile. We have nothing but compliments for the staff and amenities.

A wonderful hotel. Service outstanding, always trying to make the stay pleasant and memorable. Incredible location close to everything and right next to a vaporetto stop. 10 min walk from san Marco, Rialto, Accademia. Rooms very nicely decorated and beautiful bathroom in marble.
