Good location - just dont come in March!

So I know its out of season I.e. not June to August, however to come to a hotel were you cant use the air con, or the terrace as its not spring seems appalling.
To then ask to use the ironing room and told its locked I find unbelievable.
It is a good location. However the rooms as very small, yes I know, its a great location what do you expect

Unahotels Ala Venezia is an outstanding hotel! The location is perfect for single travelers as well as couples. The water taxi (orange line from the airport) drops you off literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel! The room although small, was very comfortable and the bed sheets were luxurious! Pillows were equally nice. The breakfast room offered a variety of items, all delicious and abundant. We ordered Cappuccino...

UnaHotel Ala Venezia is in the perfect location for exploring Venice. Its just a short walk (under three minutes) from the Alilaguna water bus stop, so you wont need to drag your luggage over bridges. Major attractions like St. Marks Basilica, St. Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge are all nearby.

Service was excellent. The room was good. However to our taste the pillows were terrible (too hard) . The bathroom soaking tub/shower height was difficult for older occupants and no space to set incidentals....

No air conditioning in the room!!!
I see a lot of good reviews about this place though Im not sure how. The first room had two small beds put together, as soon as you lay on the bed they split apart creating a gap. They changed rooms and put us in a room with no air conditioning and plumbing issues.
They said the entire hotel doesnt have air conditioning, if thats the case then why advertise it as such?
