Hotel Daxer

Excellent hotel with good facilities and friendly staff , nothing is too much trouble Used the pool and Sauna , plenty of towels available Food was order from a menu in a morning or have the buffet or combination

As soon as we arrived, we sensed the cleanliness and welcome we got from all the staff at The Daxer. Attention to detail was impressive eg. fresh orange and carrot/apple juicer at breakfast, daily menu choices presented on a leaflet which included daily weather a little quote of the day, and lots of other thoughtful little things. The rooms were clean and modern and the ski rooms were organized with plenty of room for everyone's equipment. The hotel is just a little road just a few steps away from the main ski lifts. Staff were always smiling and helpful and buffet both post-ski and in the evening was varied with a little something for everyone. Lots of other pleasant little surprises each day. The quality of a high class hotel with the comfort and attention of home . Highly recommend it....!

We stayed here for our annual ski holiday. All if the reviews we red were spot on. The staff fell over themselves to be helpful, not one member of staff let the hotel down. Food was plentiful and varied, if I am honest I don't really like buffet food , but this was good. The only negative on the food is that if you later getting down to dinner you may find some if the better option gone... So don't leave it too late!!!. I unfortunately had a accident in the first day, meant I was in crutches rest of my holiday which really sucked!!! The staff were great helping me and my wife with plates and drinks and even the nightly pack of ice that was ready for us at the bar for when I was ready to go bed. I was so glad we stayed in such a fabulous hotel as my experience would of been so different. The apres-ski hut outside was equally impressive, small but loads if fun. Rent storage at the lifts, so much easier and only 8euros a day. Just as separate note in case if accident Carry your id and ehic card, this saved me time and money in resort.. Showing these in the ambulance meant quick and easy no fuss treatment, and no getting my card out to pay. All my costs ( except taxi back to resort ) including getting off the piste, hospital treatment was covered by insurance quickly..... Everything was paid by them whilst in resort!!!! So stay at the hotel Daxter, you will not regret it!! We will be back when I get better!!!
