Best time to go to Soufriere

St Lucia’s tropical climate makes it a prime spot for year-round sunshine and warm weather. Between December and April, the mercury regularly hits 30°C, but constant winds keep it nice and breezy. Hurricane season is from June to November, so while you can expect the odd bout of rainfall, big storms are pretty rare.

Passports and Visas

British citizens don’t need a visa to enter St Lucia but must have a valid passport. For the most up-to-date passport and visa info, visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/st-lucia/entry-requirements.

Don't forget to arrange your travel money and insurance before you go.

Health and safety

You should take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover you while you’re away. It’s a good idea to visit your doctor a month or so before you travel for advice on vaccinations. For the latest health and safety information, visit www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/st-lucia/health.
