    Beautiful resort but not sure worth the money

    The property is gorgeous and the rooms are great. However we paid for the upgraded service and not sure what we got for the money. One of our rooms was dirty when we arrived with a broken toilet seat and smell. After hours of waiting, finally it was cleaned. Joel was our "butler" and were told he would provide help during our staff. We inquired with him on several items while there - none of which he responded to or answered. Only time he showed up was when it was check out (assuming for a tip). The restaurants were great and the service in the Preferred Club bar and pool were great. Beaches were gorgeous but the seaweed while there made them virtually unusable but not the hotels fault. Overall its a great property but not sure worth the $$$.

    Grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Pools and lazy river were crystal clear and sparkling! Staff was cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!
    Treatments fit for a King and Queen

    The staff is definitely ready to please, they greet you with a very warm welcome and definitely made you feel at home, we went for our yearly birthday trip and for the whole 6 days we felt we were celebrating our birthday everyday we were there. The oceanview rooms where superior, and there was never a dull day there, it is a must do to add to your bucket list.

    I would like to first add, that Robinson, our concierge/butler/friend was absolutely fantastic. We booked the Preferred Club Suites to have the privacy and exclusivity of the resort, amenities, pool and restaurants. We did not realize that we would meet Robinson who would ensure our trip was nothing short of exceptional. He was always checking in on us to ensure we were smiling, taking advantage of amenities, going to all the restaurants during our stay and educating us on the culture and activities off of the resort that we could take part of. If it weren't for him, we would have had to do most of the strategic thinking. Our trip was absolutely effortless. If you end up booking Preferred Suite Club (ASK FOR ROBINSON). He went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was personalized for us and appreciated all the extra attention and love he put into our experience. We also want to thank the concierge as well for any questions we may have had while checking in, during our stay and checking out. It was a great experience and there was a lot of attention to detail. The resort itself was very clean, which we appreciated all the hard work the staff does and takes pride in. We felt very secure, with security staff throughout the resort to ensure the grounds were safe. Entertainment/Food was good. If you get the chance to do a Romantic Seaside Dinner, it's absolutely phenomenal. The chef even comes out to meet you and see how your meal is doing. Our favourite resort restaurants were the buffet, hibachi and Portofino Italian. The Preferred Club (Seaside Grill) was great too. The view can't get any better. Overall, we absolutely would come back. The culture and people were beautiful. It's a great place to relax, make new friends and enjoy new experiences. We left feeling like family and can't wait to come back to visit everyone. Rated 10 for honeymoon :-)

    The beach bungalow rentals were fabulous and for $100, well worth it. Resort was nice, food was good, service was great, beach was fabulous! I love this chain and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to enjoy a romantic child free resort.
