    The best vacation that me and my wife spent in vacation, best room service, best dinning area, the best pool in the hotel and the beach was excellent. Thank you wallah,bavaro for your good service. Another thing that I almost forgot the food was wonderful, breakfast,lunch and dinner,variety of your choice which was very good.

    Our 2002 Caribbean holiday at Whala hotel was all we wanted and then some. From checkin to checkout and the sandy beach in between those moments, our entire time in Punta Cana was the most amazing. The complete service at the hotel made us feel as if we were the only guests there, thats how attentive they are. A special thanks to all the bartenders for their awesome drinks that kept us hydrated all day ;) Our accommodations seemed renovated and up to date, or up to the standard of the competition, everything was within hands reach. A wonderful experience and now its on our bucket list for a return holiday.

    My family and I had nothing less than a wonderful time in this beachy hotel during the last week of Feb. The staff was incredible with all of us - our rooms, the food, and mostly the feeling of "Safeness" that we felt here, walking down the beach etc was a great thing. There are several pools and several restaurants, water activity options, everyone in your group can find what they are looking for in their meals, entertainment and activities. We did book directly through the website so we got a few perks that way, extra discounts on meals, free late checkout and other bits that helped. In the end, weve figured this is a good option for us next spring break too.

    In all our travels we have never stayed in such a bad hotel. No hot water No plug in sink One wet loo roll Disinterested staff Treated like second class guest Laughed at by staff when asked for help with wifi And come home with tummy bug Long queues at bar Ling queues in dinning room Dirty tables Mould in bathroom Shower holding on with one screw Even the tv didn't work
    5 days under the sun!

    We really needed a break and we got one of the best vacations at this hotel. The food was great and the beach is exceptional, one of the best to walk in, we also really liked the infinity pool it was quiet and never crowded. The level of noise, at least when we were there last month, was very quiet, respectful of others, you could definitely find you own peaceful corner to spend the day in. Would also like to thank Jose for all his assistance, he made our trip all that more enjoyable. Grateful for this experience, would highly recommend this hotel.
