Thes were perfect rooms everything was spotless the food was really very good the location was a bit remote ut everything else was spot on the hotel inside is so b beautiful there's a massive fish pond with waterfalls a turtle area also a bird house as big as a house

Stayed self catering not All Inslusive for a fraction of the cost. When we chose to try the AI food option at dinner and pay £25pp it was awful. So many “extras “ that you don’t know until arrival also Although brochure says you can use the other 3 hotel pools, when you get there you are charged for entry=€6pp and €20pp to have a turn on flumes !!!! Cost to buy food and coffee by the pools was high, €3.50 -Fries, €2.50 for coffee! Location is isolated from rest of beautiful neighbourhoods and taxis €10-€25 to get around. Kids club is €5 extra per day too. Hotel as very clean and spacious. We wouldn’t go again, would do better to stay in neighbouring town Fuego, not Benalmadena.

Just back from a weeks holiday to this hotel. We had a wonderful time. If you are going here it’s a must you go All Inclusive as the hotel is so far out from any of the major towns. We got a taxi a few nights out to the marina in Benalmádena and it was roughly 12 euros each way. We got our money worth out of the all inclusive in drinks anyway! The hotel is stunning inside and definitely has a wow factor. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. We had a standard room and it was lovely, clean and a good size. The balcony was nice and big too. The maid came everyday and changed the sheets and towels which was excellent. We went out of peak season in April which meant only the main restaurant was open which was disappointing however the food was lovely with lots to choose from each day. The breakfast was repetitive but that’s to be expected - still had choices of cereal, bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes (which my daughter loved) etc ! The water park at the bottom of the hill is great - and there is a shuttle bus which comes every 15 minutes to take you up and down which helps. The water park allows you to have free drinks with your all inclusive band but not food so make sure you bring money if you plan on eating. The arcade is good at night for the children but make sure you bring money as my daughter spend a fortune in the arcade. We didn’t mind as we were all inclusive so it was money spent to keep her occupied at night. When we got here to this hotel you must go to the indoor pool and spa - you get free vouchers when all inclusive it’s amazing and so relaxing. The only one thing that let down the hotel is the outdoor pool. The water was freezing! I refused to go in but moSt of the kids just went in and seemed to have fun so maybe just make sure you bring down plenty of towels to keep them warm afterwards. If your not a big drinker watch your cocktails or spirits and even ask the barman to stop when you think it’s got enough alcohol in it. One drink poured was half the glass of vodka - too much for me ! Don’t listen to all the negative reviews as I’m just back and had a wonderful holiday!
