High quality hotel with great location

Great value hotel, booked through love holidays. Made use of the pool and sauna. Lovely bar and piano music. The room was spacious and had a well stocked mini bar. Really impressed with the stay and the location is excellent! Only slight downside was the sound of the train station as it is very close, trains run all night so not good if you are a light sleeper, but it didnt really bother us!...

This was a very well located hotel, right outside Friedrichstrasse station and very close to the river. The lobby smelled lovely and you were given a voucher for a welcome drink on arrival. We both had a glass of prosecco but there were several choices.

The hotel was superb in every way. Service was helpful, friendly and efficient. Rooms were fantastic - extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly want. Location was perfect with all the sites and venues around the city within an easy walk. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. This is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Berlin!...

Location (10/10): The hotel is located right next to Friedrichstrasse subway station. Its in the middle of Mitte, the city center and within walking distance of many tourist attractions like Branderburg Gate, the Reichstag, Alexanderplatz or the Museum island. You have plenty of shopping and dining options very close to the hotel, and supermarkets too. As far as locations go, it does not get much better than this.

What a bad hotel. Worth 3 stars at most. Poor service. You are not helped with your luggage. They are too lame to show you the lift. TV and internet don't work. Is also not surprising with TVs from 1990. Everything is old and past glory. However, they charge the prices for a 5-star hotel. I had asked for a cake and champagne for my birthday.
